Also, oily fishes, nuts and seeds are helpful as they are rich in fatty acids and antioxidant minerals.

There are some problems foods which contribute to cellulite or make worse. Such problem foods and consumed goods are as follows: caffeine, sugar, alcohol, cigarette, refined food and saturated fat. If you focus on a crash diet, you probably will be not successful in getting rid of cellulite- a regular and persistent diet is best.

Changing your diet is just one good way to fight cellulite. If you combine diet and exercise you able to completely rid yourself of some fat. Exercise at least three times per week: even just s walk after supper will help you reduce the fat. Being persistent with exercise is important.
